Meggan Shaw-Butler is the Vice President of Asset Management for Pensam Residential, a national real estate investment firm. Meggan oversees Pensam’s Southwest multifamily assets and manages the marketing efforts for the entirety of Pensam Residential’s equity portfolio. Meggan is the key lead in the development and cultivation of strategic relationships for the portfolio, namely related to marketing, operations, smart-tech, and general efficiency enhancements.

Meggan is originally from Johannesburg, South Africa and received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from Florida International University.
