NMHC OPTECH 2017: 4 Must-See Sessions Oct 18, 2017 Rentlytics Co-Founder and CEO, Justin Alanis, takes a few moments to share his thoughts on what he’s most excited for at NMHC OPTECH 2017. It’s that time of year again: NMHC OPTECH 2017 is just around the corner. The conference takes place from Oct. 25 to 27 in Las Vegas, where I’ll be joining industry leaders to discuss and explore the future of the multifamily industry. While each session is bound to provide valuable insights, these are the four I’m most looking forward to. 1.
